DL – DC – RTA COMPARISON & LAST CONTEST WINNER

A PBusardo Review & Contest Winner – DL-DC-RTA Comparison

In this video we compare 4 different direct lung, dual coil, rebuildable tank atomizers (DL-DC-RTAs).

We take a look at and compare the OBS Crius V3, the Vaporesso Gemini, the Geek Vape Griffin, and the Cthulhu Mods Cthulhu V2.

Note that the Griffin now has a “Top Airflow Set” available.

This review and comparison was done from a direct lung, big air, big cloud perspective, they were not used in mouth to lung configurations.

At the end, we find out who won the “Mega Tank Giveaway”!

The Post Review Follow-up:

  • 3/8/16 – In the video around the 46 minute mark, I had a serious “blond moment”  I show you the method I use to do a Velocity build.  I use the two top holes for one coil and the two bottom for the other.  Why?  1) I find it easier to slide the leads into level holes, 2) I hate when sliding a lead in hits the coil on the other side, and 3) I find is just as easy to position the coils after setting one up a bit and one down a bit.  So when I said it’s a “flaw” of the Velocity design, THAT was a blunder.  BAD BAD Phil!  It’s not a flaw of the design, it’s a flaw of my build methodology.   I would imagine most are staggering using the top hole for one lead and the bottom for the other.  Bottom line, no matter how you do it, as long as you’re using the same amount of wire and get get the coils as level as possible, the results will be the same.  My apologies for this.
