A REPOST FROM FACEBOOK – MORE SAD NEWS – PROVAPE CLOSES IT’S DOORS

I originally posted this on my Facebook February 9th. Now that I’m back home (yes, I was able to travel home to see my family and was not affected by the snow storm) I can do the post more justice here:

More sad news today, and as you can imagine, this is and has been hitting me hard. Yes, this is something I’ve known about but have been unable to share.

Depending on when you started vaping, chances are you had or still have a love affair with Provape. Their products have been enjoyed by many people allowing more people to transition off of or stay off of traditional tobacco cigarettes. They have played a major part in pushing the industry forward.

I have and will continue to call them friends. They will always have my respect in the quality of their products, their professionalism, their focus on safety, and their refusal to play in a realm they felt was detrimental to the industry and vapers in general.

Thank you for some amazing years, friends, and products.

Do I have nothing but positive things to say about ProVape? No, as with every company I’ve looked at, there are thumbs down, but at this point, I’d rather focus on the positive they’ve provided to the community, and the sad loss of an American company providing American jobs due to the cost and complexity the far over-reaching FDA regulations provide. Were the FDA regulations the only reason for the closure? Perhaps not… and feel free to speculate, but IMHO, this is where our anger needs to be directed and shared.

I wish David, Phill, Dell, and the rest of the Provape family all the best with any and all future endeavors. You will be missed. 🙁
