After hearing for over a year, how the general public is being misled, and that articles that promote vaping are being shared only among like-minded advocacy groups or in forums that essentially “preach to the choir” Schell Hammel made it a project to tell the story of David (a customer she bonded with in 2012, but lost the war with COPD from combustible tobacco in 2015) She wanted to show those mothers, fathers, grandmothers, legislators what the industry’s mission really is and dispel the bad publicity and propaganda. She set out to prove we are not big tobacco and just trying to entice a new generation to smoking. By using customer testimonies from her own stores, she partnered this with video from other advocates to drive the point home.<\/p>\n
