Joyetech has made an announcement regarding the TPD and FDA Regulations. Not very detailed, but this is what we have so far. From their site:<\/p>\n

Dear Valued Customers and Supporters,<\/p>\n

We’d like express our great thanks for the continued support Joyetech has received. We all have quite the challenging year ahead in the Vaping Industry, as both the European TPD and FDA deeming regulations take effect.<\/p>\n

Since mid-2015, Joyetech Europe has been involved in initiating Laboratory testing and collaborating with influential alliances striving to deal with the TPD regulations.<\/p>\n

While in the USA, Joyetech has engaged the highly prestigious firm, Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw and Pittman<\/a>, for the purposes of communicating with the FDA more effectively. We have done this to be proactive in making our position known and to have a positive effect in this coming environment.<\/p>\n
