While this cell has a useless large 35A \u201cmax\u201d current rating on the wrap it has accurate 15A continuous current and 3000mAh capacity ratings. It looks and performs identically to the Samsung 30Q.<\/p>\n

I am thrilled that the continuous discharge rating (CDR) is mentioned on the wrap but I hate seeing the use of a \u201cmax\u201d current rating, particularly when it\u2019s printed a lot larger than the CDR. I hope Imren removes the max rating soon.<\/p>\n

The two cells I tested delivered 3072mAh and 3099mAh at 0.5A down to 2.5V.<\/p>\n

I am estimating this Imren\u2019s ratings at 15A and 3000mAh. While the Samsung 30Q has 20A operation mentioned in the datasheet that is not part of its formal ratings and I cannot prove this is a Samsung 30Q rewrap.<\/p>\n
