Youth vaping has reached epidemic proportions. This is now the official position of the U.S. Food & Drug Administration\u2014the most powerful public health agency in the western world.<\/p>\n

Buckling under relentless pressure directed by anti-vaping public health groups, FDA announced a new enforcement action targeting the top-five companies in vaping.<\/p>\n

In its statement FDA\u2019s language is troubling. Using terms such as \u201cepidemic\u201d and \u201cclear and present danger\u201d is reckless and presents the possibility of drastic action, such as revoking one\u2019s liberty to vape.<\/p>\n
