It\u2019s the most terrifying statement by the FDA on vaping since vapor products first came onto the market. That\u2019s according to Oliver Kershaw founder of the legendary online vaping resource: E-Cigarette-Forum.com.<\/p>\n
In mid-September FDA Commissioner Scott Gottlieb dropped a bombshell, launching a \u201chistoric enforcement action\u201d against Juul and other pod-based e-cigarette companies. Which the regulator says, are playing a determinant role in the reported \u201cepidemic\u201d of teen vaping.<\/p>\n
The enforcement action rests on a 60-day deadline for the industry to take measures that would keep vaping products out of the hands of youth. The deadline comes with the threat to restrict flavors, in the event industry fails to prove measures.<\/p>\n
It\u2019s a tough spot for vaping and Kershaw believes things might get much worse. He thinks it could be \u201ccheckmate\u201d for the industry and after 11-years he\u2019s had enough.<\/p>\n
