New York Assembly Flavor Ban Alert<\/strong>

The\u00a0VTA<\/strong>\u00a0and its lobbying team, the Parkside Group, have worked throughout the session to educate Senate and Assembly members on the value of vapor products and importance of flavors to New York residents.\u00a0That groundwork has paid off thus far as the flavor ban bill has been held.<\/p>\n

In fact, three weeks ago, our team got a heads up that the flavor ban bill was going to be placed on the agenda for a hearing the following week. Our team immediately acted to ensure that did not happen.\u00a0Avoiding that\u00a0hearing was essential to our final push to ensure that the flavor ban did not move.<\/p>\n

HOWEVER, with three days left in the session, we just received some new information.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Based on our intel on the ground, we have good reason to believe that New York’s flavor ban bill will be posted on the Codes Committee agenda tomorrow.\u00a0With that knowledge, we need everyone to sound off one more time to help STOP the ban.<\/p>\n
