He faces the task of turning around Imperial\u2019s vaping and other \u2018next generation\u2019 products, which were meant to be the future for Imperial Brands but growth has been slower than expected. Imperial makes 30% of its profits in the United States. Bomhard will also be seeking to boost sales of Imperial\u2019s flagship blu e-cigarette brands, which Cooper admitted were not attracting consumer loyalty despite Imperial\u2019s marketing efforts.&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>BILL TARLING &#8211;<\/strong> <em>The move from being a car dealer to Big Tobacco CEO also comes with a healthy pay rise for Bomhard, who made a \u00a3739,000 base salary at Inchcape.
