Both bills were called to the state Senate floor for a vote on Wednesday night. However, Senator Simmons (Sponsor) requested that they be temporarily postponed so he could \u201cengage in negotiations with the House to come up with language acceptable to both Chambers\u201d. We believe this action is an effort to get the House to adopt the same language from these bad bills.<\/p>\n<p>As VTA and FSFA continue to fight against SB 810 and SB 1394 on the ground, we NEED your HELP! We ask that you take the time to call state senators and ask them to vote NO on SB 810 and SB 1394.
