Gardner, Director at the Foundation for a Smoke Free World, as the top tobacco influencer during the second quarter (Q2) 2020. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/grconley\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Gregory Conley<\/a><\/strong>, President at <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/vaping.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">American Vaping Association<\/a><\/strong>, was ranked third with an influencer score 71. The conversations from Gregory were largely about the misinformation related to the association between COVID-19 patients and vaping. \u2018Vaping\u2019 emerged as the most discussed trend among tobacco related conversations, followed by \u2018Tobacco\u2019 and \u2018COVID-19\u2019.
