Results showed that:<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"bi6gxh9e\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"ffdvh\" data-offset-key=\"4m8bo-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"4m8bo-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"4m8bo-0-0\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<ul class=\"kvgmc6g5 cxmmr5t8 oygrvhab hcukyx3x jb3vyjys rz4wbd8a qt6c0cv9 a8nywdso\" data-offset-key=\"ah4sp-0-0\">\n<li class=\"bi6gxh9e aov4n071 lfifhrf7 _3kpz _3kq0 _3kq1 _3kq6\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"ffdvh\" data-offset-key=\"ah4sp-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"ah4sp-0-0\"><span style=\"color: #ffcc00\"><strong>Vape aerosols trapped in a buffer solution did not induce responses in any of the six cell lines.<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"bi6gxh9e aov4n071 lfifhrf7 _3kpz _3kq1 _3kq6\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"ffdvh\" data-offset-key=\"53ngl-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"53ngl-0-0\"><span style=\"color: #ffcc00\"><strong>Undiluted flavoured e-liquids (tested up to 1%) did induce both oxidative stress reporters, but this was considered an effect of osmolarity (a measure of solution concentration) caused by PG\/VG in an in-vitro testing environment.<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"bi6gxh9e aov4n071 lfifhrf7 _3kpz _3kq1 _3kq6\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"ffdvh\" data-offset-key=\"16gmq-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"16gmq-0-0\"><span style=\"color: #ffcc00\"><strong>Nicotine content did not affect responses: tobacco flavour e-liquid at either 1.6% freebase nicotine, 1.6% nicotine salt or nicotine-free produced the same results.<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"bi6gxh9e aov4n071 lfifhrf7 _3kpz _3kq1 _3kq6\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"ffdvh\" data-offset-key=\"4bi11-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"4bi11-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"4bi11-0-0\"><span style=\"color: #ffcc00\"><strong>In addition, nicotine (tested alone) only produced an oxidative stress response at levels that would be a concentration of more than 40,000 times higher than found in the blood from typical smoking.<\/strong><\/span>&#8221;
