It\u2019s Time To Get VERY Loud!<\/h1>\n

On Friday, November 19th, the U.S. House of Representatives passed President Biden\u2019s spending package bill referred to as the \u201cBuild Back Better\u201d bill.<\/p>\n

The original draft of the bill contained increases in the federal cigarette tax and tobacco tax rates, as well as increases to those of eliquid and alternative nicotine products. However, the bill was amended before passing the House vote, and the proposed increases on cigarette and tobacco taxes were removed from the legislation.<\/p>\n

The new version of the bill still includes a tax on nicotine-containing e-liquids and alternative nicotine products, such as synthetic nicotine.<\/p>\n

Specifically, Biden\u2019s \u201cBuild Back Better\u201d bill assesses a tax of $50.33 per 1,810 milligrams of taxable nicotine, which threatens to significantly increase product costs.<\/p>\n

This bill is dangerous and cannot be allowed to pass!<\/strong><\/p>\n
