The City Council has been considering an ordinance banning the sale of flavored tobacco and vapes since August. But the\u00a0<b>proposal has come under fire<\/b>\u00a0for a host of problems:\u00a0<b>conflating the vape and tobacco industries<\/b>,\u00a0<b>factual errors<\/b>, its impact on Arab business owners and\u00a0<b>hookah users<\/b>, and unintended consequences such as\u00a0<b>fueling a black market<\/b>.
