I was a pack-a-day Newport smoker with no intention of quitting, My job does not
\nalways allow me a “break” to smoke and was looking for a way to just cut down my
\nanalog use. Initially I gravitated to alternate combustible items like cigars and
\npipes (while not being good, are still better than cigarettes ***my previous
\nmentality). So there I was substituting cigarettes for cigars. While looking on
\nGoogle for a pipe tobacco called Hobbit’s Weed, I stumbled on an Ejuice called Shire
\nMalt by Epipemods which sounded tasty. So I started pondering, back in 2006 I
\nattempted to “cut down” with a no name electronic cig-a-like branded “the Smoke
\nShop” (think it was a 2 piece 901 or 801). The batteries lasted like 10 minutes, the
\nCartos were dry after 3 puffs, needless to say it didn’t work so i returned to full
\ntime analogs. on May 3rd, 2013 I looked up ecigs on youtube and found some great
\npersonalities, Grimm Green, PBusardo, Vaping Greek, etc. and started to watch the
\nvideos and found in the last 7 years the technology of the electronic
\ncigarette\/Personal Vaporizer has grown by leaps and bounds. Based on a few reviews
\nand my bad experiences with cig-a-likes in the past I decided to get a beginners
\nstarter kit, so I purchased an ego-T kit and a Halo Triton kit (in retrospect, a bit
\noverkill and wasted $$). I received these kits in the mail along with a sampler from
\nEpipemods. That was over 3 months ago and have not smoked an analog since, and have
\nno desire to start again. If you would have told me 4 months ago I would be quitting
\nI would have laughed at you, yet by accident and some great products here I am. Now
\ni too have evolved past the Ego’s and are now using a vv\/vw devices for my daily
\nvape, and have even dipped my toe in the mechanical mods. I share this story with
\nall smokers who have attempted to vape and failed. It is imperative you find the
\nright device, right delivery system and right ejuice, and it will be easy. the first
\nweek I was doing the combo, smoking and vaping, after the first week my taste buds
\ndecided cigarettes just taste like crap. I’ve managed to turn my wife and
\nbrother-in-law over from analogs by sharing all the knowledge I have gained by
\nwatching your videos (wish I would have know in ’06). While I have wasted some
\nmoney on my own R&D, I’m still in the black compared to my cigarette expenses, Some
\nproducts are hit and miss, and I have a whole drawer full of clearos, cartos, and
\neliquids I’ll never use, I look forward to watching your videos and seeing the
\nnewest and coolest products and your opinions on them prior to biting the bullet
\nand it has helped immensely. Keep up the good work, keep cranking out the vids, and
\nthank you for the quit assist.<\/p>\n
