Last year Mayor Bloomberg pushed through an illegal vaping ban that took away the rights of vapers and business owners in New York City.<\/p>\n

Smokers rights group NYC C.L.A.S.H. has teamed up with fellow vaper Russ Wishtart from the Click, Bang! podcast to fight this immoral and illegal action taken by Bloomberg and his corrupt politician friends.<\/p>\n

Bloomberg tried to ban large sodas last year, but he was stopped by a Judge who said that the procedure he used to get the ban through was illegal. The soda ban law was struck down. Just like nanny Bloomberg\u2019s soda ban was thrown out in court, this lawsuit will get the vaping ban thrown out because once again Bloomberg\u2019s action did not follow proper procedures and is therefore illegal.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
