CONCLUSION
\nFor the reasons stated above, the Court:
\n(1) GRANTS Plaintiff\u2019s motion for default judgment.
\n(2) GRANTS Plaintiff\u2019s request for a permanent injunction. Defendant and each
\nof its agents, servants, employees, attorneys, and those persons in active concert or
\nparticipation with any of them are HEREBY ENJOINED from:
\n(a) using the HANA MODZ mark, or any colorable imitation thereof or
\nconfusingly similar term, in the electronic cigarette market, without
\nauthorization from Plaintiff;
\n(b) using the Hana Modz logo, or any colorable imitation thereof or
\nconfusingly similar logo, in the electronic cigarette market, without
\nauthorization from Plaintiff;
\n(c) advertising, marketing, promoting, selling, distributing, or otherwise
\ncommercially using the designation \u201cclone,\u201d \u201c1:1 clone,\u201d \u201ccopy,\u201d or
\nsimilar phrase in connection with the use of the HANA MODZ mark,
\nHana Modz logo, and Hana Modz copyrighted content.
\n(3) GRANTS Plaintiff\u2019s request for statutory fees in the amount of $300,000.
\n(4) GRANTS Plaintiff\u2019s request for $7,974 in costs and attorney\u2019s fees.
